We ship worldwide!
We don't provide FREE express shipping for all local orders (Malaysia) above RM1000. A flat rate of RM10 (East Malaysia) and RM20 (Sabah & Sarawak).
For international orders, please select your country at checkout to view your shipping fee.
Your order processing time is within 1-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.
International orders will take 2-8 business days to reach depending on country via J&T Express or Pos Malaysia.
Please note that all orders are shipped from Malaysia. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
For security purposes, we do not deliver to a PO Box address. In the event you have chosen a PO Box address as your destination address, we will send you an email requesting you to choose an alternative address.
• Orders will be prepared with utmost care from our team.
• Tracking numbers will be emailed once items have been shipped.
• All orders require a signature upon receipt.
• We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
RETURNS / EXCHANGE
We accept all returns within 14 days of the date of your purchase. All items should be returned in their original condition (unworn) with all tags attached. Your postage costs will not be refunded for unsuitable items. Unless the items are damaged and faulty, we will refund your postage costs.
Refunds will automatically be issued to your account as store credit. If you would like to exchange a faulty item (instead of obtaining a credit note), please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.
Credit note is valid for 90 days and it can be used at anytime by entering the code at the checkout. Please note that the balance of any unused store credit for a discount/ refund voucher, or any difference in price on an exchange made for an item of a lesser value is not refundable. Please allow 5 working days after the receipt of your parcel for us to issue the credit note.

All goods will be inspected upon return. Returns that are damaged will not be accepted. The returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items.
